What Does the Quote Include?
The price quoted includes your selection(s) decorated with your logo using the decoration technique indicated.
Initial set up/logo preparation charges are also shown.Exact repeat jobs generally have a reduced set-up fee.
Our quotes are valid for 14 days, with the exception being flash drives which is valid for 7 days.

Ready to Order and Want to Get Started?
Contact our by phone or mail to confirm with your selection, quantity your need and the date required. We will then send you an Order Confirmation for your approval.
Email your logo to us in Vector EPS format with all PMS colours indicated and text converted to outlines. If you need information regarding our preferred artwork specifications click here to find out more.
Having trouble locating or providing your logo in .eps vector format, or need some assistance with your artwork? Our experts are on hand to help so give us a call. We even offer a logo redraw facility if your logo needs to be re-created.
Once we have received your logo and confirmed that the logo is in an acceptable format, we will provide you with a digital artwork proof for approval. Simply check over the layouts provided and either approve by faxing or emailing the proof back so we can start production. Note that we do not place any job into production until you are 100% satisfied with your artwork proof.
Once approved your job will be sent to production. Depending on your selected product(s) our regular production time is about 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your order and artwork approval, subject to stock availability at the time Some products may take a bit longer and you will be advised of that at the time of order.If you need your products quicker,let us know,we will always try our best to meet your deadline even in the most rushed circumstances.
How to Pay?
Once the goods are complete and prior to dispatch we will send you an invoice for pa payment can be made via Cheque,EFT,BPAY,Master Card or Visa(credit cards attract a 2% administration charge)Once payment is confirmed the goods will be on their way to your nominated location. Goods may be sold an account after a relevant trading record has been established.
How We Deliver
We use various national freight companies. Freight is additional at cost or if you have a preferred transport company or carrier we are always happy to use your nominated company.We will work with you to ensure the most efficient courier is used.
