Do I Get a Proof of My Artwork?
No product goes into production without your approval of the final artwork. To be certain that every element meets or exceeds your expectations, we’ll show you exactly how the final product will look with your brand proudly displayed. Once we’re positive you’re happy with it, we’ll get the ball rolling.
Can I Get My PMS Colour Matched?
Unless you specify otherwise, we will PMS colour-match for you. If this process isn’t possible on your chosen gift idea, the most appropriate available colour will be selected. In almost all cases, our team can put their years of expertise to work in selecting the ideal PMS colours. Feel free to click here if you’d like to review the PMS Colour Chart for yourself. For embroidered corporate apparel, we’ll select a thread colour to match your specified PMS colour.
Haven't Got Original Artwork?
If you don’t have access to artwork that meets our minimum requirements, we’re happy to help you out. Our team can redraw your logo to match the required format. We charge a flat rate of $50 for this logo recreation service. This includes a digital copy of the final product, which you are free to use in any future endeavours.

Production & Shipping Details
Our standard production time is 2-3 weeks from artwork approval (subject to stock availability). Generally, if you can see an item on our website, it’s in stock and ready for branding. In the unlikely event that your desired item is unavailable, we’ll do everything in our power to find an alternative that makes you happy while also arriving on time and within budget.
Delivery and Shipping
We offer fast and reliable delivery to all Australia regions, from capital cities to small towns. Do I Get a Proof of My Artwork?
As part of our production process, once an order is confirmed, we provide clear artwork for approval showing how we will brand your merchandise. We do not place any items into production until our clients are happy to proceed.
Can I Get My PMS Colour Matched?
We will PMS colour-match unless otherwise stated. If PMS colour-matching is not possible on an item, the closest available colour will be selected. Our expert team can assist when selecting the most appropriate PMS colour or you can click here to view the PMS Colour Chart. For embroidery, we will select the embroidery thread colour that closely matches your specified PMS colour.
